Well here it is Easter and I am so far behind in my weight loss plans I have lost count!!!! I was trying to think positive this morning as I went for my walk/run and I was looking at it in the sense that I have lost 6.5 kilos which is pretty darn good. My clothes all fit better and I feel better as well so there was my positive thoughts for the day. Speaking of the walk/run - I still can only do running to 200 steps. It seriously puffs me out as I don't think I am the fittest gal in the land. (*ahem* i also smoke)But my theory is that I try to add ten more every day and eventually I will be cruisin around the Federation Walk Path. I then came home and did I clean???Ohhhhhh yes indeed I cleaned. Did the sheets/towels, washed, dusted, polished, washed the floors and the entire house from top to bottom. So I really got an extra workout today. I brought that Housework CD and I had that on as I zipped around wiping, washing and polishing.I have decided to definitely go on to Core on Monday. I have read all the info and planned everything out and it is going to be interesting as I am a pretty boring eater. Annie - you were saying you might be interested? I reckon it is the way to go myself if you are like me and a boring, quite happy with the normal stuff kind of person. I tend to have the same thing for breaky and lunch every day anyway so it wont be a drama at all. I am also quite happy to boil up some pasta and toss some tuna and or egg or fresh raw vegies in and chomp away on something like that for lunch so I think a week of Core is going to be good for me and as the information says - Try it if you want to " kick start" your weight loss again!
I have also had a week where I am pick, pick, pick!!!! I have found myself standing by the fridge door thinking WTF CAN I EAT!!!!! I hope on Core that will change because I wont be so "restricted" if you get my drift. Pasta and Potato's are my favourite thing and I realised that I could do a Potato bake and only have to count the sour creme and the cheese!!!! Wooohoooooo!!!
Throw that with some meat and other vegies and there you have a great feed!
Anyway I have made a batch of Annettes Pasta Salad which is in the fridge and waiting to be eaten when MinerBoy gets home. I believe a movie may now be in order after I have washed up the preparation dishes and cleared up the kitchen - again.
Till next time
Ciao
Txxx

Keep at it, Trace. You're waaaay ahead of me. I think I read somewhere you started on January 2nd?? So did I and so far I've managed to conquer a teeny 3.3kgs. So ... I'd be happy to be where you are.
PS. Any sign of the "other" yet? Maybe you're post menopausal. LOL. Nah, I reckon it's just everything that is going on in your life at the moment.
