Ohhhhhhhh boy - look out world here we come. I am so pumped and feel so good I cannot even begin to describe it! I just emailed VinoBud with what I know of Core and I do think it is the same as No Count so I have fingers crossed she has all the info on No Count and away we go!!!!! I love the words FattyBoomBa and I shall pop that into my fav word file in my head like: Refreshment - Beverage - Poo - Bottom - Pants ( those are not related by the way) surreptitiously. I love good words and that made me laugh. Anyway I have access to the online tools so I have been reading up on Core and it looks exactly the same as No Count. I have gone out and brought air popped popcorn for snacks and weetbix which is the cereal that they like you to eat. I have already planned most of next weeks meals and they will have loads of fresh vegies / lean meat and pasta or rice. Cant come at Couscous ( whatev!) as it smells like dirt to me. Actual wet dirt. *Gag and shudder*!
I don't want to switch my tools till Monday as I want to make sure I have the 21 points for treats as a glass or two of Vino needs to be incorporated into this challenge!!! You know what else I think? I think that being accountable to someone - both Calam and Miss B - is what is going to keep me on the straight and narrow so to speak!
I have just been checking the plan manager and it is really easy to understand. Ohboyohboyohboy I am actually excited and this feels ....."right". So lets get moving on week one of the FattyBoomBa challenge. Hang on - if we make Miss B the Keeper of the challenge does that make her Miss FattyBoomBaKeeper? Miss KeeperFattyBoomBa? I was also thinking about Miss B - Hon this is a great chance for you to see how and if Core works well in case you ever need to change for whatever reason. Although you are doing so brilliantly you may never need to (*Aside whispers to Calam - Damn her young body*)
Ok I am now off to try and get a decent nights sleep - MinerBoy is happy to eat whatever I give him on Core and if he loses weight like he usually does - I may have to kill him. Speaking of him - he came up behind me the other night - grabbed The Pups - felt around a bit and wondered off saying " Did you know your boobs are smaller"? ......right....*blink blink* nothing to be said to that is there?

I'm so glad you like the word fattyboomba. It is also a personal favourite of mine hee hee. I also like oompaloompa but that is a word for the more advanced stages of fattyboombaism.
My OH is reading this over my shoulder and he is shaking his head. He says it's scary there is another person on this earth who thinks fattyboomba is a good word. Ahhh what does he know!!!!
Ready to go vino bud, I'm a bit scared, say if my body refuses to cooperate??? Say if I'm doomed to stay fattyboombaish for the rest of my life OR MOVE ON TO OOOMPALOOMPA. NOOOOOOOOOOO!! Damn this ageing body. Come on vino bud let's put on a good fight!!!!
