Bloody Hell.....

Sensible Tracy knows it - Manic Tracy does her own head in...sigh. Got on the scales this morning - official weigh day - and they said I had gone down 0.1! Bloody hell! So in the last two weeks - 0.2 in total. I have tracked,weighed food ( even brought new spiffy scales), exercised, committed myself and done everything as I have done for the last 9 weeks.
This morning I decided to get my head back in the right place and think POSITIVE! Ok - I am going to make a supreme effort to NOT get on the scales - I will put them in the cupboard. I will keep going the way I have been as I must have been doing something right and focus on being a positive and healthy person instead of a manic nutter who walks around mumbling to herself about weight. It is destructive and counterproductive.
If you look at the positives - I feel better. I have lost 9 cms on my boobs ( hallabloodyulah), I am losing 0.7 kilo a week which is awesome and I am heading in the right direction.
Ok - mind set? Check! Positive outlook? Check! Ready to keep going? Check.
Annnnddddd today is a going to be fab as I have a mini story: I had been saving $ for every kilo I lose and had gone to the jewellers every week and gazed adoringly at some diamond earrings which dazzled me from day one. They are HORRIFICALLY OBSCENELY expensive but I had said to OH thats what I want for birthday/20kilo goal. He said "Sigh ok you deserve it". ( Aww isnt he gorgeous?) Anyway the girls called me and said "Trace - half price sale starts on Wednesday and we know how much you want these earrings and if you want to come and pay for them we will let you have them in the sale as another lady is also eyeing them off but they are not a goal presy like for you".( How nice is that??? I had told them thats what they were for) Anyway - being an unemployed redundant bum I figured it was an expense that needed to be discussed with OH and he said " Ok yes go for it and if you havent got enough you can use my birthday tin BUT you cant have the earrings until either your birthday or 20 Kilos whichever comes first"(footnote: I am a chronic tin saver - those money tins from CrazyClarks that you cant open - I fill them every week with something and have them marked with Birthday / Xmas/Holiday or whatever) How sweet is that????? He said I could use his tin???
So this morning I am off to the Jewellers with my savings to buy the earrings as they dont have layby in the sale!!!!
